Good afternoon class.
Today's lesson will be on calves and thighs.
What about...
A grand picture of the Republic Plaza:
60+ storeys high.
Yes! Imagine you have to get to the top, and the lift is filled with teletubbies so you rather take the stairs.
That will need tremendous calves and thighs!
(Not mine. Not so scary.)
I finished it in 16min+ so slow! Ran abit, walked all the way up. While walking up my calves and thighs really hurt, and I had to take step by step. My first time was during my JC days. I think the time I took was around there also, which was slow for that age group!
Must improve! Must also thank negolas for going up with me. I know he could have done ALOT faster.
The fastest time of the day was around 9minutes. That's like 10seconds per storey, consistently all the way. -_-

I think it's supposed to be a person (one leg and arms detached from the front) with super dragonball power oozing from his back.
Looks more like a potianak to me.
You know who will climb to the top in less than 8 minutes?
King Leonidas (Gerard Butler).
His torso, his biceps, his calves and thighs, along with other Spartans.
I had the pleasure to meet them at Causeway Point's cineplex on wednesday. Sneaks! Princess P surprised me by booking the pics and telling me we'll be watching that! She's so wonderful. =D
I love these kinda shows. It gives me an idea of the world they were living in. But Chinese Gu3 Zhuang1 shows? Yucks.
Anyway go watch 300. About how Leonidus defends his country with 300 men. What do you think the movie 300 was about? Jack Neo's latest showcase on a student with perfect PSLE score meh?

1. It's March already. 2. Friggin busy these days. 3) The weather was so cold today. It was the first time that I wore a long sleeved Tshirt + jacket. 4) Bought a laptop (Using Princess P's NUS privileges). 5) Typing this shit while lying on my bed. 6) My birthday is coming soon. 7) I had at least $620 worth of angbaos. 8) I still don't like CNY. 9) I ran up 60 storeys last Sunday in the National Vertical Marathon. 10) The movie Protege (starring Andy Lau) wasn't that nice. 11) 20th Singapore Film Festival is in April. Sales start mid March. 12) Wasting time typing this shit. 13) 901. |
