You know I'm either terribly stressed or terribly messed up when I come to blogger more often than usual.
It's raining heavily. Rain and I have a stinky relationship. I like rain 'cos it's not hot. I perspire easily when hot. But I hate rain 'cos there's rain and you can't go anywhere and I don't like the sound of raindrops and it's too cold and it depresses me like it's armageddon approaching. And the birds will have no where to go and the animals must hide and shiver behind their coated fur.
And I hate rain when I'm alone at home. Makes me feel worse.

HAIL LKY!!
The other day we were reading chapters from the LKY memoir, and I feel so ignorant about this great man. Let me just share some things which many of you probably know already.. =x
- His ang moh name is Harry. Harry Lee.
- He leapfrogged Primary 2.
- He came first in school to win a place in RI.
- Claims he was not very hardworking, nor was he very attentive.
- Still usually among the top 3 without much effort.
- His form master wrote "Harry Lee Kuan Yew is a determined worked for a place of distinction. He is likely to attain a high position in life."
- Top among all students in Singapore and Malaya.
- Things he did in school: Scouts, cricket, tennis, swimming, debating.
- Caned once by principal 'cos he was late 3 times in a term.
- First met his future wife Kwa Geok Choo in RI. Kwa was the only girl in an all boy's school.
- He came in 2nd place to kwa for a few subjects in Raffles College.
- He was bullied by seniors in Raffles College. Like crawling on the floor pushing a marble with his nose.
- He had to stay in hostel and didn't like the institutional food.

Why do
Some people take things so seriously.
We're supposed to talk in the forum right. And at the end of the semester choose your best 5 posts and hand them up to be graded.
That's not the dumb part. Lecturer said keep idle chit chats and simple comments to a minimum. ie every post is like a mini thesis.
That's not the dumb part. Someone actually gives a ton of words, and at the end of each post, he lists references.
Wow. Score!

A Doggone year
I mean I'm looking forward to it.
Eh I always have things to write but I'm kinda turned off by the fact that I've no pictures to paste, and it's gonne be dull and boring.
So anyway it's been a week since I moved back here.
It rocks cos:
- I don't have to wait for the heater to heat up.
- My room doesn't turn into a furnace in the afternoon (due to geographical location)
- and.... that's about it.
It sucks cos:
- The heater is not hot enough (even when I turned the knob to max)
- It's so much more time consuming to go to school! I gotta take a bus to clementi interchange now and squeeze with everyone for 96. And when I get home the sporadic bus timings constantly irritates the hell out of me.
- The gym sucks. I mean whatthehell, the old one had a tv!!
- I have to see all my neighbours. That sucks.
So before you get me enroll into some anger management class, I'd like to reassure you all that I'm doing fine.
And oh! Happy CNY! I learnt how to play mahjong already! Although it was only me, Princess P and her sister. 3legged mahjong is fun! The bamboo tiles are very confusing though.
It's also week 4 of the semester. Still in holiday mood. We shouldn't be able to touch our books until chu 15 man.
I'm rich, by the way. =D Rich in my pockets. Rich in my passion. Richly in love.
