Enjoyed The Green Butchers yesterday evening, about Svend and Bjarne who got enough money to start their own butcher shop after a mean and hard experience under a boss. They then accidentally killed the electrician by locking him inside the meat locker (which is freezing cold). The next day when the ex boss dropped by for some meat (due to a big party) they served him parts of the electrician instead with revenge in their heads. Surprisingly the guests all loved it and soon the town was mad about the chicky-fickies (chicken fillets) which of course was actually human meat. When human meat began to run out the crazy duo (led by the highly sarcastic Svend) began to source for more alternatives, ie locking more people up in the meat locker. Bjarne was at first incensed, but later gave in. The last straw came when Svend locked up Egil (Bjarne' retarded animal-loving brother whom Bjarne hates for causing their parents and his wife to die in a car crash) and a girl (forgot the name!) who works in the Church cum cemetary. Bjarne recovered in time to rescue them, and while the girl was absolutely furious and mad about the whole issue, Egil did not have a clue. The show concluded when one day Svend was late for work and Bjarne cleaned up the whole shop, disposing of anything illegal, which was just as well, because the ex boss had investigated and realised the reason of the missing people and sent the health authorities down to the shop. The butchers then realised that it was Svend's self made marinade which got the crowd coming back, and not the human made chicky fickies which Svend thought. At the last scene the 3 men were seen playing in the sea while the church girl walked up and sat beside Bjarne. A happy ending.
